UP-RERA Corruption

 Sanjay Bhoosreddy Nitin Gokarn, IAS KAMAL KANT JAIN  With reference to my case NCR144/08/79946/2021 of UPRERA and 574/2022 of UPREAT. None of the orders/recommendation of Uttar Pradesh Real Estate Appelate Tribunal followed by UP-RERA. The order that subsided again the same order has been given.  In a meeting with chairman UP-RERA dated 11.01.2024 at 3:30pm it is said that discrepancies in project UPRERAPRJ852 Mayfair Residency regarding No OC NO ELECTRICITY CONNECTION NO WATER CONNECTION ILLEGAL CHARGING OF MAINTENANCE and many other does not come under Section 31 of UPRERA.  The registration of project UPRERAPRJ852 Mayfair Residency has ended on 31st December 2022 as per section 8 of UPRERA why the registration has not been cancelled till date. Is UP-RERA only for name sake and to safeguard fraud builders like Supercity Developers.  The builder on the other hand is harassing old widow ladies like in case NCR144070009/2022 complaining to UP-RERA that she is not paying maintenance on

Even After 75 years of Independence fight for Electricity Clean Drinking water Continues

 Noida Extension the hub of various societies on the outskirts of New Delhi approximately 35 km away from the Parliament House there is a society Mayfair Residency c/o Supercity Developers Pvt Ltd GH07B Techzone 4 Greater Noida West the residents here are not protesting for Luxurious amenities of Gym Swimming Pool Park but for Electricity Clean Drinking water Security. Even after protesting for past 10 weeks no body whether it be the State Government GNIDA POLICE no action has been taken. In the past week there was a power cut the Generator malfunctioned the residents were in Darkness for almost 30 hours a request to lodge  FIR against builder and management was raised  by the residents but the Police has not lodged the FIR till date. Residents getting stalled in Elevators is a matter of everyday here. Agreement to Sublease a scam by Government of Uttar Pradesh- Mayfair Residency

Agreement to Sublease was an order passed by Ex District Magistrate of Noida Shri BN Singh. It was such a wrong order of the government of Uttar Pradesh that it ruined the life of many residents of Mayfair Residency GH07B Techzone 4 Greater Noida. In order to fulfil the revenue target of government of Uttar Pradesh passed the above order of Sublease to provide relief not to buyers but to the builders. A wrong decision to benefit the government and builders especially Supercity Developers Pvt ltd Mayfair Residency a so called society which lacks basic essential services like electricity water security boundary wall amenities are a far gone thing and the residents are not even demanding that but basic essential services are not there in the society. Mayfair Residency Greater Noida Scam

 Mayfair Residency a society of Techzone 4 Greater Noida West where there are approximately 1000 buyers and 90% of central government employees and pensioners and many of them have even passed away. Even after paying Lakhs of Rupees to the builder the innocent government employees who gave all their years.of hard earned money to this builder of Supercity Developers Pvt Ltd Miglani Group sucked all their money and is now enjoying g a peaceful life putting life of 70 resident families with small children at a very risk. A place where Short circuits happen the basement is a damp area where water flows the foundation has gone weak any time the building can collapse.dirt garbage and constructional dump can be found everywhere.  The residents of Mayfair Residency are protesting for basic essential needs of electricity supply clean drinking water proper internal roads second Lift parking inside the society security boundary wall which is broken from last two years various thefts have taken place. The society is not at all safe. The society is no less than hell. The biggest mistake of the buyers is that they purchased a flat in this society. The builder has sucked all their money and nothing is left with them except to stay here. The builder without providing any services and facilities is charging a maintainance of Rs2psf electricity duty charge fixed charge. Mayfair Residency Greater Noida

 Mayfair Residency a society in Techzone 4 Greater Noida West Noida Extension is a damp society. This cannot be called a society because there is nothing like a society here the whole society is running on jugaad. Everyday short circuits happen. The life of residents are at high risk neither the authority nor the government of Uttar Pradesh or Government of India is doing anything. They all are waiting for some big disaster to happen. The residents here are fighting for the basic necessities to live like Electricity there are no proper electrical connections the society is running on a temporary connection given for constructional purposes which is valid for maximum for 3 years only. Yet after 11 years of the starting of Project the society is on a temporary load.
