Mayfair Residency Greater Noida

 Mayfair Residency a society in Techzone 4 Greater Noida West Noida Extension is a damp society. This cannot be called a society because there is nothing like a society here the whole society is running on jugaad. Everyday short circuits happen. The life of residents are at high risk neither the authority nor the government of Uttar Pradesh or Government of India is doing anything. They all are waiting for some big disaster to happen. The residents here are fighting for the basic necessities to live like Electricity there are no proper electrical connections the society is running on a temporary connection given for constructional purposes which is valid for maximum for 3 years only. Yet after 11 years of the starting of Project the society is on a temporary load. There is no clean drinking water in the society the water is pumped from the ground and filled in the overhead tanks which are open and various animals and birds are found dead in these overhead tanks. The builder of this society has no will to complete the project. It has been two years the boundary wall has fallen the builder hasn’t bother about that. There is no security in the society. Ladies and children are 24x7 in fear of living here. As they have no second option to go anywhere else as the builder has sucked all the money. Even after that without providing any services the builder is levying a maintainance charge of Rs 2psf  plus electricity duty charge and fixed charges. The 80% residents here in this society are central government employees and pensioners who have given all their hard earned money to this builder. Request all authorities UP Rera Government of Uttar Pradesh CM Yogi Adityanath ji And PM Hon’ble Narendra Modi ji to please take action against builder of Mayfair Residency c/o  Supercity Developers Pvt Ltd GH07B Techzone 4 Greater Noida West

 Mayfair Residency a society of Techzone 4 Greater Noida West where there are approximately 1000 buyers and 90% of central government employees and pensioners and many of them have even passed away. Even after paying Lakhs of Rupees to the builder the innocent government employees who gave all their years.of hard earned money to this builder of Supercity Developers Pvt Ltd Miglani Group sucked all their money and is now enjoying g a peaceful life putting life of 70 resident families with small children at a very risk.
