Harassment and Attricities of Supercity Developers #MayfairResidency - Helpless Administration of Greater Noida West

 Mayfair Residency an under construction society with 1049 flats of different sizes in Noida Extension. The foundation was laid in 2010 and society was estimated to be completed by 2015. But the developers had no intent in completing the society the motto was to only suck money from buyers by showing the structure. The major thing was at least 90% of the flat buyers were central government servants who came in the sugar coated language of the developers. Days Passed Months Passed Years passed. The buyers who were under duress of EMI and rent pressurised builder to take OC and grant possession. But the builder failed to get OC in order to minimise the pressure gave illegal possession to save himself in 2019. It was not only illegal possession but illegal electricity connection. A connection of 50kva which was given for construction purpose was extended to the residents illegally  for their living residents daily facing multiple fluctuations the electrical equipment’s started malfunctioning. Multiple requests were made to the developer and authority but no action. 14 years have passed now only 4 towers are forcefully functional with no permanent electricity connection no water connection. Every year residents face issue of electricity especially in summer season but no response from the developer. The developer is hiding as there is a recovery of 7.5 crores of buyers who are under litigation in UP-RERA. Multiple offices have been sealed but no recovery done yet. 

The atrocities and harassment does not stop here in society where there is no permanent electricity connection no water connection the developer is charging electricity at Rs9.70/unit the highest rate in India and maintenance at 2Rs/sqft. The authority is supporting the developer to charge maintenance. Why the authority has failed to implement honble Supreme Courts direction that without OC/CC builders cannot charge maintenance. 

Multiple times lines regarding completion of electricity infrastructure from authority as well as from developer but no action has been taken. 

The authority mentioned and instructed for structural audit but still structural audit not done.

The developer is still supplying water from STP tank and illegally pumping ground water .

UP-RERA Corruption

 Sanjay Bhoosreddy Nitin Gokarn, IAS KAMAL KANT JAIN  With reference to my case NCR144/08/79946/2021 of UPRERA and 574/2022 of UPREAT. None of the orders/recommendation of Uttar Pradesh Real Estate Appelate Tribunal followed by UP-RERA. The order that subsided again the same order has been given.  In a meeting with chairman UP-RERA dated 11.01.2024 at 3:30pm it is said that discrepancies in project UPRERAPRJ852 Mayfair Residency regarding No OC NO ELECTRICITY CONNECTION NO WATER CONNECTION ILLEGAL CHARGING OF MAINTENANCE and many other does not come under Section 31 of UPRERA.  The registration of project UPRERAPRJ852 Mayfair Residency has ended on 31st December 2022 as per section 8 of UPRERA why the registration has not been cancelled till date.
