Agreement to Sublease a scam by Government of Uttar Pradesh- Mayfair Residency

Agreement to Sublease was an order passed by Ex District Magistrate of Noida Shri BN Singh. It was such a wrong order of the government of Uttar Pradesh that it ruined the life of many residents of Mayfair Residency GH07B Techzone 4 Greater Noida. In order to fulfil the revenue target of government of Uttar Pradesh passed the above order of Sublease to provide relief not to buyers but to the builders. A wrong decision to benefit the government and builders especially Supercity Developers Pvt ltd Mayfair Residency a so called society which lacks basic essential services like electricity water security boundary wall amenities are a far gone thing and the residents are not even demanding that but basic essential services are not there in the society. The society is running on jugaad. For everything the builder has a jugaad. The mistake of the Government of Uttar Pradesh is being faced by the residents of Mayfair Residency. The life of 70 resident families are at risk daily short circuits happen here every month electricity is disconnected by NPCL due to non payment of Electricity bill. The builder is enjoying and harassing residents of Mayfair Residency by levying various charges. Complaint was made to Bisrakh SHO ANITA CHAUHAN DGP SHRI Mukul Goel commissioner Shri Alok Singh and District Magistrate Shri Suhas LY. But no action is taken. Mistake done by Government of Uttar Pradesh and the residents are said why they shifted in a society like this. Where will a common man go paying rent and emi and when all his savings are sucked by builders like Supercity Developers Pvt Ltd. There is no option left for a common man to put his/her life at risk and stay here. No action is being taken by any Government authority. It is an appeal to all concerned Government authorities Uttar Pradesh Government Shri Yogi Aditya Nath Ji please take action.

    We were suffering for double burden Home loan EMI (from more than 6 years and till date continue) and Rent, then builder was told that Govt offer sublease facilities after then you will be shifted and they ensured that balance society will be completed within time. Then I was paid sublease amount and shifted but no work is started yet. Please do need full action.

    Builder took all his dues Authority took all his dues.. Buyers after paying both amounts suffering and waiting for strict action towards builder for not complying to his promises made as per BBA..

Mayfair Residency Greater Noida Scam

 Mayfair Residency a society of Techzone 4 Greater Noida West where there are approximately 1000 buyers and 90% of central government employees and pensioners and many of them have even passed away. Even after paying Lakhs of Rupees to the builder the innocent government employees who gave all their years.of hard earned money to this builder of Supercity Developers Pvt Ltd Miglani Group sucked all their money and is now enjoying g a peaceful life putting life of 70 resident families with small children at a very risk.
