Mayfair Residency...The Protest Continues -Week 4 18.04.2021

 The residents of Mayfair Residency are protesting for basic essential needs of electricity supply clean drinking water proper internal roads second Lift parking inside the society security boundary wall which is broken from last two years various thefts have taken place. The society is not at all safe. The society is no less than hell. The biggest mistake of the buyers is that they purchased a flat in this society. The builder has sucked all their money and nothing is left with them except to stay here. The builder without providing any services and facilities is charging a maintainance of Rs2psf electricity duty charge fixed charge. The condition of the society is that it can collapse any moment and life of 70 resident families are at risk 24x7. The residents are always in fear what will happen the next moment. Birds insects and various other animals die in the overhead tanks as they are open and the residents are forced to drink this water. A complaint to SHO BISRAKH greater Noida was made and one month time was given to the builder but nothing has been done till date. The builder has taken taxes from residents but not paid to the authorities that is GST department has sealed the entrance of the parking lot. In this society the residents are 90 percent innocent central government employees who have been a trap to this builder neither GNIDA Uttar Pradesh Government or Central Government is taking any action. It is requested to all authorities to please take necessary action life of 70 resident families at high risk. Basic human rights of peaceful living is being hampered here in Mayfair Residency. It is to note this society Mayfair Residency is the worst society of whole Greater Noida West Noida Extension. It is an appeal to Hon’ble Prime Minister of India Shri Narendra Modi and Hon’ble chief Minister of India Shri Yogi Adityanath ji to please take the neeedful action at the earliest.

Mayfair Residency Greater Noida Scam

 Mayfair Residency a society of Techzone 4 Greater Noida West where there are approximately 1000 buyers and 90% of central government employees and pensioners and many of them have even passed away.
