Even After 75 years of Independence fight for Electricity Clean Drinking water Continues

 Noida Extension the hub of various societies on the outskirts of New Delhi approximately 35 km away from the Parliament House there is a society Mayfair Residency c/o Supercity Developers Pvt Ltd GH07B Techzone 4 Greater Noida West the residents here are not protesting for Luxurious amenities of Gym Swimming Pool Park but for Electricity Clean Drinking water Security. Even after protesting for past 10 weeks no body whether it be the State Government GNIDA POLICE no action has been taken. In the past week there was a power cut the Generator malfunctioned the residents were in Darkness for almost 30 hours a request to lodge  FIR against builder and management was raised  by the residents but the Police has not lodged the FIR till date. Residents getting stalled in Elevators is a matter of everyday here. The high level of fluctuations as the connection is temporary there is no grid/transformer in the society no electrical infrastructure in the society. A complaint was also made to Otis last year the company had installed a power analyser which gave a horrible result showing high level of fluctuations in electricity throughout the day. These fluctuations are hindering the education of children. The water is so filthy and dirty that it is not drinkable residents are falling ill almost daily. But the higher authorities have no time to look into the matter. The boundary wall is broken for almost 2.5 years thefts are done. House wife’s Sr Citizens are always in fear in this society. The harassment of the builder continues. The builder is mentally harassing the residents by charging Rs2psf maintainance electricity duty charges fixed charge. A complaint for mental harassment criminal negligence has been given to various OFFICERS INCLUDING DGP UTTAR PRADESH Shri Mukul Goel Commissioner of Police Noida Shri Alok Singh. But till date FIR has not been done. It is said that things are being investigated. Statement of two residents have been given to ACP CENTRAL NOIDA Shri Yogendra Singh and ADCP CENTRAL NOIDA Shri Ankur Aggarwal. The roads are broken children fall while playing the fire security is zero still the builder has got fire NOC from fire department it has been requested to fire department to inspect fire equipment in Tower B C and D above 4th Floor. 

It is requested to all authorities to please take action against this builder at the earliest and audit the society so that things are crystal clear how this builder has cheated the residents and has put their life at risk.

Mayfair Residency Greater Noida Scam

 Mayfair Residency a society of Techzone 4 Greater Noida West where there are approximately 1000 buyers and 90% of central government employees and pensioners and many of them have even passed away.
